SCOTS comedian Mark Nelson is hosting his headline show at the King’s Theatre, Glasgow on Friday 22 March 2024 as part of the Glasgow International Comedy Festival (GICF) and his debut UK& Ireland tour.

Theshowbizlion.Com has watched Mark rise through the comedy ranks over the years and with a 100% sell out record over his many solo performances at GICF, his hotly anticipated King’s Theatre show will be one not to be missed.

Tickets will be on sale 12noon on Friday 16 June 2023 via glasgowcomedyfestival.com.

Since winning the inaugural Scottish Comedian of the Year Award in 2006, barely a year

after his first-ever open-spot, Mark Nelson’s mix of cutting observations and social

commentary and superb one-liners has seen him firmly established as one of Scotland’s

best loved comedians.

Now the multi-award winner, whose work has previously featured on Have I Got News For

You, Mock The Week, and 8 Out Of 10 Cats is embarking on his first ever nationwide tour.

Audiences from Oban to Dublin will have the chance to enjoy the very best of Nelson, who

alongside his critically acclaimed live work is known for creating the BBC’s biggest ever

online hit, News At 3, which currently has over 250 million views worldwide.

His new tour will take in over 20 dates scheduled across the UK and Ireland between November 2023 and March 2024
