LOVE ISLAND PAIGE TURLEY EMERGENCY OP AFTER HEALTH SCARE

PAIGE Turley has revealed she had to have a mole removed after concerning results came back after a routine health check.
The Love Island winner who rose to victory in 2020 with her partner and now longterm boyfriend Finley Tapp, had initially taken a routine health test in January.
Both she and former footballer Finn were promoting Pall Mall Medical services online and visited their premises to get a health check carried out as part of their Insta stories.
However, a few weeks ago, Manchester based Paige, 25, received a message saying she’d have to undergo some further tests - and now she has revealed to her viewers online that medical staff found something that needed further exploration following a CT scan.

Paige showed herself sitting with a doctor as they went through her results and also shared images of herself on a medical bed as she lifted the top on her left side ahead of the procedure.
She revealed: “Thanks so much for the messages send wishes after my CT scan guys. After another followup appt getting a mole removed results have come with little to worry about.”
She added: ”If you're concerned about your moles or skin lesions, you can book an appointment at @pallmallmedical with one of their specialist Dermatologists.
The assessment will take up to 30 minutes to perform a full visual examination on up to 3 moles or skin lesions with dermoscopy to look deeper if needed!”

Paige spent some time in hospital in May 2022 and at the time also posted an image of herself on her hospital bed following minor surgery.

DUCIE STREET WAREHOUSE REVIEW: FRESH AND FAB

Manchester has always been one of theshowbizlion.com’s fave places to go for a weekend and we always love a walk by the canal.
Manchester’s Ducie Street Warehouse is right beside it in the centre and the venue was recently refurbished.
It even even hosts a doggy friendly mini cinema.

It’s vast with industrial style ceilings, and large enough for you to have your own space- important in these Covid aware days.
It’s also warm and friendly enough for you to feel at home with plenty of pot plants and greenery to bring the outside in.
Diners can choose to eat in the relaxed foyer area which acts as a reception area for the adjoining Nomad hotel or they can venture deeper into the bespoke restaurant at the back.

It’s cosy despite the overall size of the place.
There’s also an outside terrace overlooking the canal if you don’t mind a slight winter chill in February
Kitted out with giant lampshades and Art Deco style mirrors alongside modern art prints it feels like you could be in New York.

Funky music plays over the sound system as an eclectic mix of diners enjoy delights including spices parsnip hummus, king prawns in romesco sauce, whole roasted spiced celeriac shawarma or a 16oz roast sirloin to share.
Theshowbizlion.com opted for the Loch Duart salmon with Asian greens and a soy dressing on the side. We cannot rate it enough.

It was beautifully cooked, moist and the greens were perfectly al dente and fresh. It felt clean.
The hummus was an easy eat - and with just the right seasoning so it didn’t claw if you excise the pun.

The tomato was definitely the main flavour of king prawns in Romasco sauce and they were succulent.
The butternut squash and avocado salad also got a thumbs up from the lioness and the sugar snap peas were crunchtastic.

Dessert of date-based sticky toffee pudding proved a winner and we liked the gold leaf piece on top  and the gluten free veggie lioness went for the sorbet rather than the poached plums.

A three course meal works out around £35 a head for food with all the trimmings.

Ex Emmerdale star Adam will return as ex pupil Donte Charles, while Katie will play his wife Chlo Grainger.

Angela will return as headteacher Kim Campbell, once the the head of pastoral.

Waterloo Road last aired in 2015, and moved to Scotland to film three years later, leaving filming in Rochdale, Greater Manchester.

Adam and his co-stars took to social media to let fans know about the new series and he told them: "The news is finally out!!! Donte and Chloe are back!! @waterlooroad coming soon… @bbc @bbciplayer."

Adam posted a throwback snap of the pair as pupils at Waterloo Road.

He commented: "I’m so excited to go back to where it all started! Waterloo Road was a huge part of my life and career so to go back 15 years later is a dream come true.

"I feel so blessed to have been given this opportunity to get back to acting and doing what I love! I can’t wait to see some old faces and some new. I know this series is going to be the best one yet…"

Katie from Leeds showed of a photo of the three reading their scripts and wrote: "Big news! I'm going back to school! I'm so so excited to be returning to @waterlooroad reunited with @adamthomas21 and @theangelagriffin and loads of new faces yet to be revealed. Coming to @bbciplayer later this year. #waterlooroad.

"I am incredibly excited to be returning to Waterloo Road - loved by all who make and watch it! Chlo was my first professional acting role, and I feel so lucky to be part of the show again. I can't wait to see what stories unfold!"

Angela added: 'Here it is!!! My big news! I'm going back to school! I'm ridiculously excited to be returning to @waterlooroad as Kim Campbell…. But this time, she's the HEAD."

'I'm reunited with the brilliant @adamthomas21 and Katie Griffiths @kaytgriff (Donte and Chlo all grown up) and loads of new faces yet to be revealed. Coming to @bbciplayer later this year!"

Executive producer Cameron Roach said: 'Waterloo Road will continue its reputation for kickstarting, supporting and enabling careers both in front of and behind the camera, in a truly inclusive way, from our base in Greater Manchester.'

Actors who used to come to Greenock t film for the series included Lip Service's Heather Peace, Bridgerton's Regé-Jean Page and Phoebe Dyvenor, Loose Women panellist Denise Welch and Hollyoaks actress Chelsee Healey.

The former Greenock Academy was used as location for the BBC TV series and many local children had roles as background actors in it.

One fan said of the return:"Waterloo Road coming back reminds me that half the kids I went to school with were backing characters in it. They'd go to Greenock for a weekend then come back like "I got to die in an explosion woo!"

Another added: "OMG! Its actually coming back, and returning to Greater Manchester rather than Greenock."

PAIGE TURLEY GIVES FINLEY TAPP THE BURN

FINLEY Tapp was upset with girlfriend Paige Turley after she managed to wreck the new flooring of their swish new Manchester apartment.
Paige accidentally ruined the new carpet after she used a pair of curling tongs and left them on the floor.
Finley said of the burn marks they left on the light grey coloured carpet: “So Paige is not in my good books if I’m honest guys. It’s not good. She’s really really really... yeah guys for everyone asking it’s a burn from a curling iron.”
As Paige protested that it was ‘an accident‘ Finley asked followers if they could suggest any way to repair it.
He added: “So yeah any recommendations on how to get it out would be appreciated.”
Paige also revealed that the two had to get a fan to cool the air of their apartment after describing it as a greenhouse with floor of ceiling windows.

Paige recently revealed on a podcast that she and Finn have had some disagreements while living together.
She told the Love Hate Club:  “With Finn when he’d get out the shower he’d leave his wet towel on the floor and get ready and that would drive me up the wall. I was like ‘the radiator is right there’. Just fold it up.”
“I’ve got silver shampoo sent in and Finn with his dark hair was turning a greyish colour and I thought you cheeky b***** . There are so many other shampoos he could use.”
But she added: “He’s good at cooking cause I can’t really cook. He makes a mean Thai curry. I’m like that please don’t make it spicy and I sweat for two days after it but he’s a good cook.”
